Hi, I’m Kourtney Dugan

I’ve been a Registered Nurse for 6 years with experience caring for patients and families during difficult moments of their lives. Through my time in healthcare, I witnessed firsthand the financial strain and uncertainty that can follow a medical crisis or unexpected loss. That experience opened my eyes to the gaps so many families face when it comes to protection and long-term planning.

I made the transition into life insurance because I have a genuine heart to help people not just physically, but financially and emotionally as well. I’m better able to understand health histories, guide clients through the process with clarity, and help you find the right coverage.
